The new building is anticipated to cost in the region of £2 million. The refurbishment of the existing church building is estimated to cost in the region of £200,000. However, final costs for these two parts of the project will not be confirmed until our Quantity Surveyors have assessed the latest plans. Our architects are the award winning Haverstock Associates.
