Today's Prayer Suggestion
Dear Lord, help me not to be afraid to admit that this is Your world, Your creation, and that You gave me life. Help me not to dilute my words because some are non-believers, or because some believe in other gods. How will they ever know You if we who believe are coerced into keeping silent by those who make civil liberties their creed? Oh Lord, let Your Holy Spirit fill me with a holy strength, and also the wisdom as to when and how to use it.
In Jesus' name I pray.
Amen.
Sunday Morning services
Over the next couple of weeks there will be a short series of teachings based on Genesis 1-3 looking specifically at the relationship between people, time and the planet. Come along to the morning services January 22nd and 29th to find out more. Services start at 10:30 am.
4 Men
The mens' walking weekend is planned to take place on 3rd-5th February in the Brecon Beacons staying at the Cynon Valley Bunk House. More details soon, but please book the date in your diary and encourage others to come.
Building Project Quiz Night
The next event is a Quiz Night on Saturday March 10th 2012. Start time will probably be 7.30pm and include a ploughman's supper.

- Songs of Praise - Favourite hymns and songs, interviews and varied contributions. These are held at 3:30 p.m.
- Shared meal and communion - Increase our fellowship with the Lord and each other.

- Lead on - Interactive teaching for deeper discipleship.
