EBC Kids & EBC Kids+ (Sundays)

EBC Kids (reception — year 2) & EBC Kids+ (year 3 — year 6) meet every Sunday during our 9:30am service for fun, engaging sessions designed especially for them. Everyone begins together in the main auditorium, and shortly after the service starts, the children are prayed for and invited to head out to their groups with their leaders. The sessions take place in our cabins next door (named Eden and Bethel).

EBC Kids & EBC Kids+ meet in Eden. Each session begins with a short time of worship, including a song, a Bible story or theme, and a time of prayer. The children then split into age-appropriate groups to explore the Bible message more deeply through discussion, games, crafts, and creative activities.

Every week includes a practical takeaway to help children think about what the Bible story means for their everyday lives. Also, each month, we focus on a particular Christian value or theme, with a memory verse to learn together.

To support children in their faith journey at home, we provide a simple sheet of Bible readings and prayers for the week, along with “cue cards” to help parents and carers continue the conversation.

At the end of the session, all children are brought back to the foyer by their leaders, ready for collection.

During our 11am service, there are no children’s sessions running, but we’d love to provide an activity pack for children to enjoy while sitting with their parents or carers.
