Acts Of The Apostles: When Life Shakes, What Holds You? (Acts 16:25–34)
Message Overview
When life doesn’t go according to plan, what do we truly depend on? In Acts 16, Paul and Silas find themselves beaten, imprisoned and chained — yet in the darkness, they discover a joy and freedom that cannot be taken away. As they worship in the middle of their suffering, God moves in power. But the greatest miracle isn’t the prison doors opening; it’s a heart being transformed as the jailer asks, “What must I do to be saved?”
This passage challenges us to consider what our lives are really built on. When everything around us shakes, only Jesus can be the foundation that holds.
