The Dream Team is an essential part of life at EBC — a vibrant, unified group of people who have discovered their purpose and are actively making a difference by getting involved and serving.
Whether it’s offering a warm welcome at the front doors, helping create a worship experience, mentoring the next generation, or ensuring a safe and joyful environment for families, every member of the Dream Team plays a vital role in helping people encounter Jesus.

From making a cup of coffee to leading a Life Group, from gardening to leading prayers, from taking photos to helping with administration — every role on the Dream Team is important.

What’s Expected of Dream Team Members
We want every Dream Team member to thrive — not just fill a role. That’s why we’ve designed a process to help you explore, grow, and serve in a way that fits who God made you to be.
Here’s what to expect:

Once you express interest in joining, a few members of the Dream Team Planning Group will meet with you to talk about your passions, availability and experience. This helps us find a great area for you to serve.

We want everyone to be in the right place. So, you’ll be encouraged to serve in your chosen area for an initial three-month period. This gives you space to learn the role, meet others in that team and experience what it’s like — without pressure or long-term commitment.

If, after three months, you feel like your current role isn’t the best fit — no problem! We’ll meet again and explore other opportunities where your gifts might be better used. No guilt, just growth.

If things are going well, you’ll continue in that area for up to twelve months. At the end of that time, you’ll have the opportunity to renew your commitment, take a break, or try something new. We want serving to be sustainable, joy-filled, and life-giving — not a burden.
