You can run your Life Group in your home, someone else’s who is willing to host, or one of our church cabins — whatever works best for you and your group. You get to choose a time and pace that fits your life, whether that’s weekly, fortnightly, daytime, or evenings.

If you have a real, growing relationship with Jesus and want to help others deepen theirs, we’d love to hear from you. As a Life Group Leader, you’ll be someone who enjoys teaching, encouraging, and caring for others. Being comfortable with digital tools to guide your group is essential. Above all, if you are passionate about seeing people flourish in both their faith and everyday life, this role is for you.

Life Group Leaders hold one of the most vital roles in our church — discipling and guiding others in their walk with God. You’ll prepare and lead sessions using church-provided resources or your own, facilitate meaningful conversation and prayer, and foster a supportive group culture. You’ll be supported by our Associate Pastor and connect with other Life Group leaders twice a year for input, encouragement, and support. It’s a role full of purpose, love, and the joy of walking alongside others on their faith journey.
