Sunday Café
The Aim: Sunday Café is an afternoon service designed for those who enjoy a more traditional and intimate worship style. Through hymns, prayers, discussion, and teaching, we aim to help people grow in faith and worship. After the service, we share afternoon tea together, nurturing friendships and community.

Sunday Café happens at EBC four times a year, on Sunday afternoons from 4pm to 5.30pm. Volunteers come early to help set up, pray, and get everything ready. You’re welcome to join in and serve whenever your schedule allows.

If you love traditional worship and have a warm heart for welcoming others, you’d be a great fit. We value all kinds of gifts — whether that’s planning, leading worship, teaching, hospitality, music, or helping with AV. If you’re friendly, flexible, and enjoy creating a homely atmosphere, there’s a place for you on the team.

You can get involved in a variety of ways, like leading worship, sharing a short teaching or prayer, setting up and serving refreshments, or simply spending time chatting with guests over afternoon tea.
